'iPad Pro' 2 Will Feature Mouse And Keyboard; Release Date Confirmed

A mouse and keyboard support is said to be an all new feature of the Apple "iPad Pro" 2. The tech behemoth will probably unveil the trio sometime in Q2 2017. While the 9.5-inch model will be low priced in comparison with the other two and under the hood it will have the A9 chipset by Samsung.

The analyst has claimed that the Cupertino giant is planning to launch an updated version of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, while introducing a new model with a new design featuring narrow bezels. If I were a betting man, I would bet that this rumored 10.5-inch iPad will share a similar footprint to the current 9.7-inch iPad Air and iPad Pro.

Throughout the report, details of the three iPads, which the company intends to release throughout 2017 were disclosed. The resolution is still a question though, it is expected that apple will enhance the graphics for the user interface and user experience in the iPad Pro 2, hopefully, the photo department is also enhanced in terms of photo resolution.

Regardless, Apple remains committed to the iPad and has no plans to abandon the tablet market anytime soon.

With new iPads on the horizon, Kuo expects Apple's tumbling tablet sales to ease.

The upcoming iPad Pro 2 will have the specs that will make a direct conflict with Microsoft's powerful Surface Pro 4. Both of these will sport a new Apple A10X chip, a tablet-optimized variant of the A10 in the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. The iPad Mini 5 was initially believed to be included in the mix but Apple Insider claims that no mini model will happen this Spring.

The iPad Pro 2 won't have an earphone jack. Nothing is mentioned of the iPad Mini in this and previous report.
