Also new to this phone is an updated version of Huawei's Emotion UI 5.1, which aims to fine-tune the phone by learning user preferences. Huawei is introducing a new Portrait Mode, which combines their Variable Aperture mode and Beautification.

A small change from last year's P9 is that the fingerprint sensors have been relocated from the rear to the home button on the front.

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are absolutely water resistant and the P10 sports a battery capacity of 3200 mAh while the P10 Plus features a 3750 mAh battery capacity. The P10 gets 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage while the larger model, the P10 Plus, gets 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. "It packs a 5.5" IPS screen of Quad HD resolution, and keeps a similar design with the P10 Plus. The 8-megapixel Leica front camera delivers superior technical and artistic photography features. It is not confirmed yet that this colour variant will arrive in both, P10 and P10 Plus. A strip across the top on the back houses dual Leica-branded 12MP and 20MP rear cameras, and on the front you'll find an 8MP front camera. As usual, we can see the interchangeable straps in here. Both the smartphones will be available Australia, Austria, Chile, China, Columbia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, the United Kingdom, and Vietnam beginning in March.

Huawei has yet to confirm, or even tease, the specs of the upcoming P10 and P10 Plus smartphones.

At the center stage of MWC 2017, Huawei has officially unveiled their latest high-end Android smartphones called the P10 and the P10 Plus with a range of new camera features and specifications. On the back the P10 and P10 Plus get 20-megapixel monochrome sensor and a 12-megapixel one for colors. Both devices will offer memory expansion via a micro USB card and come with Android 7.0 with EMUI 5.1 atop it.

It's been awhile since we're hearing a lot about the P10 smartphone, which will likely to be joined by the P10 Plus.

The upcoming Huawei smartphones were not the first collaboration partner between the Chinese hardware manufacturer and the German camera maker.

Huawei P10 Plus will launch in Ceramic White, Dazzling Blue, Dazzling Gold, Graphite Black, Mystic Silver, Rose Gold, Greenery colors. Rs 28,081), while both the variants will be available in select markets including India from next month.
