RJio unveils new tariff plans starting at ₹19 a day

Airtel is reportedly offering some users a couple of low-priced plans that include unlimited free voice calls and 14GB of data.

Reliance Jio Prime membership gives you same data and service benefits as company's "Happy New Year" offer, except users will have to pay Rs 99 as subscription fees and a standard Rs 303 per month.

Yes, apart from that Rs 303 per month plan, Jio has come up with 2 new tariff plans. The Rs 499 plan comes with a data cap of 2GB per day and will last for 28 days.

Ans. You get Unlimited voice calls to any network, Free roaming, Unlimited SMS and 1 GB high-speed data daily (post 128 Kbps unlimited). The pack offers free calls to any network in the country and 4GB data (1GB regular pack benefit and 3GB free data). Mukesh Ambani also added that Reliance Jio will introduce more exciting plans for Jio Prime Members. Data will be capped at 1 GB/day. To subscribe to Reliance Jio Prime service, customers can either head to the MyJio app or the website. As this offer is expiring, the company has launched Prime subscription. Jio had been offering its free service that includes Calls and 4G Data to its customers.

At the press conference held on the day, Samsung and Jio said they would undertake an "Infill & Growth" project by which they provide 4G LTE services to 90 percent of India's population including those residing in the countryside.

What if one doesn't want to enroll in the Jio Prime Plan?

If you are a Pre-Paid user, then you need to make the payment by either your credit/ debit card or use Jio Money for the same. After logging in, you will see the offer listed under the heading "Just For You" or navigate to "MORE PLANS" under Quick Recharges menu and search for the plans under "Best Offers for You".

For this plan, Jio Prime members will get 56GB worth of data at 4G speeds.

Once offer expires on 31st March, free data and SMS will not be continued. With the All-IP network, Jio offers a broadband service at Dollars 0.15 per GB. However, customers will have to pay for the Jio services from April 1. Which of these plans would you choose once you become a Prime member?

For Non-Prime members: Same price will get a consumer 200GB data for a period of 30 days.
