Sony Xperia XZ Premium Debuts At MWC 2017

The Xperia XZ Premium will be launched in Spring but the price is unconfirmed, GSM Arena reported.

The device also has an improved camera which is capable of shooting slow motion video at 960 frames per second (fps), four time slower than any other smartphone Sony says.

The Xperia XA1 Ultra, revealed at Mobile World Congress, is no exception, and features a massive 6-inch display to boot.

It brings some outstanding design curves and wonderful software to compete with the most powerful players in the segment and we can not see why the brand new Xperia Z Premium will be the first choice in terms of how it will be regarded on the smartphone market.

The company may not have boasted much innovation with its 2016 lineup of smartphones, but the latest Sony Xperia XZ Premium more than makes up for it, scoring a number of impressive firsts to shake up the scene. On first glance, the Xperia XZ Premium looks similar to last year's Xperia XZ.

About this time past year, Sony unveiled an interesting projector concept at MWC 2016 - a device slightly bigger than an Apple TV that could beam a touchscreen-like interface onto any surface, letting users interact with the various UI elements. Here's what they dislike the most!

Sony have unveiled the world's first smartphone with a 4K high definition dynamic range screen - something that had previously been the preserve of premium televisions.

Like the existing Xperia Ear, this concept is powered by the Sony Agent Technology personal assistant, which is operated through voice interaction and head gestures. The smartphone runs on latest Android 7.0 Nougat and support connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Global Positioning System. Both the devices follow the same design language with a flat top and bottom and rounded sides.

The G5 and G5 Plus are crafted out of metal, feature fast front-mounted fingerprint scanners, water-repellant coatings and Android 7.0. For starters, the G5 comes with a low-end Snapdragon 430 chip, your choice of 2GB or 3GB of RAM, a 5-inch full HD screen, 16GB expandable storage and a 2800mAh battery.

The handset packs a 2900mAh battery, measures 146x72x8.1 mm, and weighs 161 grams.
