Samsung Galaxy S8 6 GB RAM version may come to North America

It wasn't surprising that many folks were disappointment when Samsung recalled the Note 7.

When is it out? In fact, many industry experts thought that the damage last year's Galaxy Note 7 did to Samsung's reputation would take years to mend.

In fact, it is absolutely trounced by the iPhone 7 Plus, which manages to open up all the apps in nearly half the amount of time taken by the Galaxy S8.

Comparisons do not end there, of course, and we have another exciting video to check out, one that highlights the differences between the Galaxy S8 and iPhone 7 Plus when it comes to camera performance.

The phone's strong sales in South Korea have been boosted by Samsung's aggressive marketing campaign.

Citing unnamed sources, the report said, Samsung has recently started developing key parts such as the display screen for the S9, nearly six months ahead of the previous year's schedule.

That doesn't come as a massive surprise, as many companies start work on their phones before one generation has even been announced, but it's good to get the rumors flowing already about the next Samsung phone.

TrendForce still ranks Samsung as the world's top smartphone brand by market share, with a 26.1 percent slice of the pie, followed by Apple with 16.9 percent of the global smartphone market. Which is much less than general upgrade theory would have you believe it should have been, nevertheless, the same reduction in size can be seen on the Galaxy S8 Plus. The phone itself looks remarkably similar to the recently unveiled Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus smartphones, with a full-frontal screen and no physical home button. Now, however, a new report suggests that the Galaxy X might not be quite as revolutionary as we thought.

If achieved, the latter figure would be Samsung's second highest, coming just behind the 10.16 trillion won in operating profit the company hit in the third quarter 2013.

Samsung doesn't offer an Android alternative to the iPhone SE.

Should Samsung combine the Galaxy S and the Galaxy Note to create a super flagship?

We've included affiliate links in this article. That being said, this by no means indicates that the Galaxy S8 is a slouch because it is anything but.

After the Galaxy Note 7 fiasco, people were eagerly waiting for a flagship handset from Samsung.
