'It's Not Too Late' To Boot FBI Director Comey

Donald Trump made a veiled threat against FBI Director James Comey during his Tuesday interview with Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo.

"When you look at Susan Rice and what's going on and so many people coming up to me and apologizing, now they're saying, 'You know you were right when you said that, '" Trump said.

In fact, Comey intervened in the election in such a way that nearly certainly cost Clinton the presidential race, all while hiding information from the public about the Trump campaign being under investigation for possibly cooperating with a foreign adversary.

Trump has said he did not know Page and that neither he nor his campaign had improper relations with the Kremlin.

"Director Comey was very, very good to Hillary Clinton". "He saved her life".

"Nobody believes that, even the people that try to protect her in the news media", Trump said.

He was referring to a July 5 press conference in which Comey announced that he would be recommending that the Justice Department not charge Clinton with any crimes for mishandling classified information on her private email server.

Relieving Comey of his duties would be politically damaging for Trump - especially with the bureau's ongoing investigation related to his presidential campaign. Russian leaders figured it was easier to manipulate Trump, whose mouth is not controlled by his brain, than to deal with Clinton.

But Trump also had said Comey "brought back his reputation" by revealing in October - less than two weeks before the election - that agents were resuming the Clinton probe. Trump also showed he still had Clinton on his mind by tweeting about the debates, five months after the election.

However, I don't recall her getting blasted from the likes of MSNBC on many "crap" issues, either.

"'Director Comey was very, very good to Hillary Clinton, that I can tell you'".

Palmieri said that she thinks "most journalists are probably leaning more to the left than the right".

"The targeting of women - which is what is going on - is absolutely beyond any political agenda", Clinton said.

"I don't want to talk about that". "I want to talk about positive things".
