Klopp hints that Liverpool could be his last club

Klopp hints that Liverpool could be his last club

"It wouldn't be right for me personally to talk about this with five matches to go when we've got a great deal to play for".

The 49-year-old started his coaching career with Mainz and worked seven years at the Opel Arena before leaving for Borussia Dortmund in 2008.

His contract ends in 2022. "It is always quite easy for me to fully commit to what I am doing because they are often long-term projects", he told German magazine Sport1.

Philippe Coutinho is not for sale at any price this summer, Liverpool have warned La Liga giants Barcelona, and Jürgen Klopp is confident the club can keep hold of their prized asset. "I would like to end the season on a high". It has felt like a lifetime since we were competing in big European games and playing in finals and winning trophies.

As such, fans of the Anfield outfit will be scratching their heads at comments made by Klopp, who feels the Red Devils squad is filled with quality.

Neither Simon Mignolet or Loris Karius have looked convincing between the sticks, so Klopp has reportedly chose to recruit a new stopper this summer.

He said: "We can't have any doubts, but rather work on making it one day". I believe I 've many years that I could still play in the top level. "He is the one of the hottest trainers in England".

Speaking after the victory at The Hawthorns, which strengthened Liverpool's push for Champions League football next season, Lucas hinted that he may not be at Anfield to feature in the European competition.

Both Brazil internationals have already reached double figures this term and Lovren is happy to rely on the duo to make the difference in Sadio Mane's absence due to injury.
