Mbappe, Falcao send Monaco into semi-finals

Kylian Mbappe reached a Champions League milestone as Monaco swept away Borussia Dortmund 6-3 on aggregate after a 3-1 victory in their second-leg quarterfinal tie at the Stade Louis II on Wednesday.

Absolutely anyone can watch the game right here on BTSport.com by simply bookmarking this page, returning at 7pm on Wednesday, April 19th then following the "Monaco v Dortmund - Free Live Stream" banner below.

For Dortmund, defender Marc Batra is out after being injured in the bomb attack that saw the first leg postponed last week.

After the game was played last Wednesday Tuchel raged about the decision by UEFA to play the first leg on the following day.

We expect Dortmund to be much stronger than in the first leg.

"We need to play well and I am convinced we are capable of doing it", the Dortmund coach stated at a news conference.

Meanwhile, Bender messed up Dortmund's chances in the first-leg with that unfortunate own goal, and the youngster will have to extra careful and diligent in this game.

"We have an advantage and we're aware of that, but Dortmund is a great side", Falcao said. Thus, Monaco will be confident to win against Dortmund on their home ground.

Following Saturday's 3-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt, Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel praised his side's "incredible character" but admitted his players are still "learning to deal with the fluctuating emotions".

"This has brought us closer together".

The shock was apparent in the 3-2 defeat that has left the German side facing a stiff challenge in tomorrow morning's (Singapore time) return leg. Benjamin Mendy made a powerful run through the midfield before lashing a left-footed shot that Roman Burki couldn't handle, and the 18-year-old France forward was there to slot home from close range.

It would also be a first appearance in the last four for a French club since Lyon in 2010, but they are showing signs of fatigue having started their campaign in the third qualifying round in July.

"We played very courageously in every phase".

"Though Dortmund have slipped behind Bayern domestically this season, there is patience with Tuchel as he is clearly rejuvenating the team in the very literal sense of the word", says German football journalist and commentator Ian Holyman.

The center of attraction tonight will be at Camp Nou where Barcelona will face Italian giants Juventus after losing the first leg in Turin 3 - 0.
