Police discover Bills lineman Kouandjio wandering in field

Kouandjio has played in 25 games with seven starts for the Bills after they drafted him out of Alabama in the second round of the 2014 National Football League draft.

Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Cyrus Kouandjio is in a Buffalo area hospital after a freakish incident Tuesday, according to a report from The Buffalo News.

"According to a police source, Kouandjio was found, not fully clothed, in a field after climbing over an electric fence", Carucci wrote. In his report, Carucci's source claims the Bills lineman told officers to "shoot him". He was then transported to Erie County Medical Center for further evaluation. Considering the concern of his teammate and the statement released by the Bills organization, something freakish clearly happened with this incident, but the clear facts of the situation remain unknown for the time being.

The complete circumstances are still a mystery, and out of respect for Kouandjio's public profile and the community guidelines, we would prefer that commenters restrain their speculation about the reasons for this incident until more information is known. His vehicle was found abandoned on the side of the road at route 400 in Elma not far from the scene of an accident. In 25 career games, Kouandjio has made seven starts.
