Samsung to launch English version of Bixby voice assistant

The company is now expected to introduce an in-display fingerprint sensor with the Galaxy Note 8. The image shows the smartphone with an nearly bezel-less display.

Said product was videotaped demonstrating this highly anticipated feature, and the footage leaked online, though of course, we can't rule out trickery of some sort based on such a short, fuzzy recording.

Many thought the Galaxy S8 would get a double lens but this never materialised on Samsung's flagship. Ha-ha! The Macalope jokes because the Galaxy Note 7 was a risky laughing stock of a phone, you see. This could mean that the Vivo X9 Plus would be the first smartphone to beat Apple's iPhone 8 to the new technology.

It's also worth bearing in mind that the front panels you see in the videos and images above may be of a prototype design that Samsung has since modified or discarded.

On analyzing the leaked image, it does give us a feeling of what the real Note 8 is expected to look like.

From this we can infer that there is virtually no way for last year's iPhone to compete with this phone, which may or may not be the Galaxy Note 8 which may or may not explode. Compared to the Note 7, this is a massive upgrade in screen size and quality, just like the Galaxy S8 versus the S7. The leaked video showing the Vivo smartphone with in-display fingerprint sensor may, however, debut at the MWC Shanghai on June 28.

The next big thing when it comes to biometric security on mobile is the onscreen fingerprint sensor.

It is also said about the Galaxy Note 8 to follow Galaxy S8 lead and feature a virtually bezel-less design.

The purported Galaxy Note 8 has also surfaced on the HTML5Test benchmark with model number SM-N950F, which measures browser performance.

If Samsung sticks to its previous dates, the Galaxy Note 8 will be here in August.

Samsung positioned the fingerprint sensor under the rear camera in Galaxy S8 and S8+ which is a nightmare for all the users as it usually causes smudge on the camera of the phones.
