"The shipment of Samsung's smartphones rose 12 percent year-on-year as USA consumers have posted very positive responses to the new S8 products", said Ken Hyers, an analyst at Strategy Analytics. The company is all set to hold the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 launch event on the 23rd of August at NY. Generally though, a launch date isn't the same time in which the device itself can be purchased. The tech industry predicts sales of the Galaxy Note 8 would hit a fresh record-high as it is the first Galaxy Note model in two years after the fire-prone Galaxy Note 7 debacle last year. After tracing the Note 7's problems to two key battery defects, the company has since tried to salvage some of the millions of recalled phones by refurbishing and rebranding them in South Korea as the Galaxy Note FE. The certification indicates that the dual-SIM Galaxy Note 8 is on its way. It will also have a 6GB memory and reportedly supports microSD cards same with the Galaxy S8.

As you can see from the shot, the phone looks pretty much exactly like what we're expecting, with a Galaxy S8-esque design featuring the new Infinity Display with a minimal bezel.

The timing of the Galaxy Note 8 release will allow Samsung to grab a lead of a couple of weeks over Apple, while directly challenging what could be the Galaxy Note 8's biggest rival among this year's flagship Android smartphones. Had the device survived it would have been on the market for at least seven months before the Galaxy S8 arrived. If you are wondering about the selling of this device, it will take place from September 15 from South Korea.

Though there is no word on other regions, we believe Samsung will commence the Galaxy Note8 sale in multiple global markets on the same date, as it has carried out similar release programmes in the past.

The cellphone carrier just confirmed the device in some promotional material published on its site. While the Galaxy Note 3 was still made of polycarbonate plastic, its back panel featured a textured design, similar to leather. The smartphone released in October 2012, in the US, depending on the carrier.

The appearance of the commercial has set a time for the phone's release in retrospect.

The original Galaxy Note was unveiled September 1, 2011, during IFA, and released in October 2011.
