Conor McGregor: 'I will be a god of boxing'

Conor vs Paulie Malignaggi former IBF/WBA World Champion.

This event between him and UFC star Conor McGregor, on August 26 inside T-Mobile Arena, is going to leave all its participants very, very pleased.

Malignaggi scoffed at McGregor's comments, taking to social media to defend his earlier comments that he walked out because McGregor was using him as a pawn to try and give credibility to a "house of cards" training camp.

UFC star Conor McGregor welcomes the media inside the UFC Performance Center in Las Vegas on Friday for an open workout in advance of his August 26 boxing showdown with Floyd Mayweather. He was badly, badly concussed after those rounds.

Leonard Ellerbe in the CEO of Mayweather Promotions and he has been with Floyd Mayweather throughout the whole build to the super fight with UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor. The ropes kept him up multiple times. They were ringing us, anxious about him stumbling out of the auto, incoherent.

The footage showed McGregor connecting with a vicious straight left, his signature shot, that seemed to wobble Malignaggi.

"Sparring partners who were [staying] in the house with him were anxious about him".

Mayweather, who is yet to lose a fight in his boxing career, made it clear when responding to comments made by the Australian. "And then the train just kind of rolls with it and it keeps picking up steam as the predictions keep coming true", he said. They know what happened last week.

"I'm going to bring him in as a thank you for the support".

After Floyd Mayweather's request, BBC reported that the NAC also expected Conor McGregor to submit his request on Wednesday. But it certainly didn't help him stay upright and the infamous photo, which was the source of him leaving McGregor's camp and blasting them in countless spots, was obviously taken during a moment where he claimed he had been pushed down.

It was three months ago when Mark Kriegel, an accomplished boxing author whose works include "The Good Son: The Life of Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini", predicted to me how the buildup to a Floyd Mayweather-Conor McGregor fight would eventually turn. Of his 21 MMA wins, 18 of them have come by knockout or TKO for McGregor.
